Sensei Christina Fontanarosa

Sensei Christina has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten since the age of 7, and currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan in American Kenpo. Christina excels at Traditional forms and stances, and her favorite weapon is the kama. She is an excellent instructor and role model for our students, connecting particularly with the shy and reserved students. Christina is CPR certified.

Sensei Anthony Fontanarosa

Sensei Anthony has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten since the age of 6, and currently holds the rank of 1st Dan in American Kenpo. Anthony excels at creative forms and weapons, with his favorite being the Bo staff, and he is an excellent instructor and role model to our students.

Sensei Josh Friedman

Sensei Josh has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten since the age of 3, and currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan in American Kenpo. Josh is an excellent instructor and role model for our students. He excels at techniques, and his weapon of choice is the sword. Josh is CPR certified.

Master Kevin Schlueter

Sensei Kevin has been training in the Martial Arts since the age of ten, and currently holds the rank of 6th Dan in American Kenpo. Kevin has extensive training in all weapons, excels in sparring techniques and basics, and is an excellent instructor in our cardio fitness classes. Kevin has all PA clearances.
